How to cancel your Discover Anyone subscription
You can cancel yourself at any time, in about ten seconds, without contacting anyone. If anything goes wrong, email support@discoveranyone.com and a human will cancel it for you.
Cancel in three steps
- Sign in at discoveranyone.com with the email address you subscribed with.
- Open Account from the bottom navigation.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan and any remaining credits stay usable until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. You will see the cancellation reflected on your Account page immediately.
If you cannot sign in
Use the "Email me a code" option on the sign-in screen with the address you subscribed with. If the code never arrives, or you no longer have access to that inbox, email support@discoveranyone.com from any address and include the email or last four digits of the card used. We cancel it manually.
Billing basics
- There is no free trial and no trial-to-paid auto-conversion. You choose a plan and are charged for it up front.
- Monthly is $19.99 per month. Annual is $143.99 per year. Elite is $49.99 per month. The 50-credit pack is a one-time $4.99 charge that never renews.
- Recurring plans renew automatically until you cancel. The renewal price and date are shown on your Account page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Deleting your account entirely
Account → Delete account removes your account and data. Deleting also cancels any active subscription first, so you do not need to do both.
